Shipping policy
Because all items are handmade and made-to-order, please expect a processing time of 5 to 7 business days. Please allow additional processing time for orders that contain custom items or more than (8) items (standard or custom). These orders will usually ship between 10 and 14 business days.
If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information within 14 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us via email at info@homegirl-apparel.com . We'll be sure to get back to you within 6 business days. If your order has not yet been processed at the time of this correspondence, you will be entitled to a full refund if you are no longer interested in receiving your order - just follow the return instructions listed on our Homepage.
Please be advised that once your items have been processed (i.e. when you've received your first shipping/tracking email), your order is now physically out of our hands and we have no control over how quickly your items reach you. This means that return requests entered between the time of processing and the time of delivery will not be accepted, as neither party has any knowledge of the order status beyond what is provided by the tracking link.
If you haven't received your order within 2 full weeks (14 days) of receiving your shipment confirmation email, please reach out to us via email at info@homegirl-apparel.com . We're human; mistakes happen! It's possible that your items have been lost in transit, and we're doing everything we can to make sure you get what you've ordered in a timely fashion. However, please remember that there is very little we can do with your order once it is physically out of our hands, so sometimes the waiting game will be the appropriate route to take -- but you'll never have to go it alone; we're right by your side the whole way!
